WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship worldwide!

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be processed before they ship. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Once order has shipped, shipping speeds will vary based on destination and may range from 1-4 weeks during peak seasons or for international packages.

Please note that if you see delivery times on product pages that they are only estimates. Estimated delivery will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout and destination. More information will be provided to you at checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

When the order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please contact us to resend it to you.

WHY DIDN'T ALL MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?

In an effort to get you your items as fast as possible, we've set up multiple fulfilment centers around the world. We may send you part of your order while the other items are either getting ready for shipment or are shipped from a different fulfilment center. There is no need to worry as we always keep up with which items you received and which ones are still on the way. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

Contact us within 2 hrs of your purchase at contact@palimartonline.com to try and correct issue before the order ships. After this time your order is locked for processing. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

MANAGING YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at contact@palimartonline.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Please note, however, your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can not be cancelled.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for the protection of our staff & customers.

Unless an item you received is damaged or has a major problem you may be eligible for a replacement/refund. Our policy offers 14 days to submit a claim. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. 

DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE CUSTOMS FEES?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and Pali-Mart does not cover these fees. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

For your convenience we have placed stickers of companies we accept at the bottom of our site. We support various companies and methods of payment to make checkout as easy as possible.

IS IT SAFE TO CHECKOUT WITH PALI-MART?

Absolutely! Our site is certified PCI DSS compliant to ensure every transaction is safe and secure!

Absolutely not! Pali-Mart is meant to bring Palestinian culture to the world. We encourage and welcome all walks of life, no matter race, religion, sex, gender, or ethnicity to embrace and represent us!
