MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at contact@palimartonline.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Please note, however, your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can not be canceled.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND YOUR ITEMS

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for the protection of our staff & customers.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

Unless an item you received has a major problem you may be eligible for a replacement. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description or sample was shown to you;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Not what you ordered;

    If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at your disposal.

    Please contact us at contact@palimartonline.com to start the complaint process and include the following information:

    • Order number
    • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
    • Delivery address
    • Contact number

    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed. 

    NOTE:

    • The shipping fee will NOT be refundable once the item has shipped.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
    • Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

    Please reminded that our policy lasts 14 days for replacement/refund request only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a replacement or refund.

    If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, please contact us for a full refund of your purchase.

    Also, please keep in mind that advertised images may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display you are using. We do our best to present you with the truest representation of our products but we cannot account for everyone's unique viewing experience. Hence, please allow for the possible minor differences between advertised images and the actual item you received.
