WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship worldwide!

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be processed before they ship. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Once the order has shipped, shipping speeds will vary based on destination and may range from 1-4 weeks during peak seasons or for international packages.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

When the order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please contact us to resend it to you.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay. If your cart total exceeds $75, you will be eligible for free shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

Contact us within 2 hrs of your purchase at contact@palimartonline.com to try and correct the issue before the order ships. After this time your order is locked for processing. If you notice the package is going to the wrong address after it has shipped, you will need to contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number we sent you and ask them to forward or redirect the package. Pali-Mart is not responsible if your package gets delivered to the wrong address.

If the wrong address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN DURING TRANSIT?

We recommend you inquire with the carrier if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Pali-Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We pride ourselves on quality. If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Follow our Return Policy for additional information.

WHY AREN'T ALL MY ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?

In an effort to get you your items as fast as possible, we've set up multiple fulfillment centers around the world. We may send you part of your order while the other items are either getting ready for shipment or are shipped from a different fulfillment center. There is no need to worry as we always keep up with which items you received and which ones are still on the way.

DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE CUSTOMS FEES?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and Pali-Mart does not cover these fees.
